Vermont Caps Ticket Resale Prices at 110% of Face Value
Governor Phil Scott signed Vermont's H.512 (Act 109) on May 26, 2026, effective July 1, 2026, capping ticket resale at 110% of face value at qualifying independent venues and banning speculative listings and deceptive reseller URLs.
