Terms and Conditions Template (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website termsandconditionstemplate.com and the associated application at my.termsandconditionstemplate.com (together, the “Service”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account, generating a document, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

The Service lets you generate legal document templates (such as terms and conditions, privacy policies, cookie policies, disclaimers, refund policies, and EULAs) by answering guided questions. Free accounts can create and export a free version of each document. Paid, one-time purchases unlock the professional version of a document and remove the attribution credit line.

The documents produced by the Service are templates. They are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. No solicitor-client or attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the Service. You are responsible for reviewing every generated document, and for having it reviewed by a qualified lawyer where appropriate, before publishing or relying on it.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and you may only use the Service for lawful purposes.

Purchases and payment

Paid documents and bundles are sold as one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your full card details. A purchase unlocks the specific document (or the documents included in a bundle) you selected. Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency and may change at any time, but a change never affects a purchase you have already completed.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not: resell or redistribute the Service itself; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users’ data; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or use the Service to generate documents for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Intellectual property

We own the Service, its software, branding, and the underlying document templates. When you complete a purchase, you receive a licence to use the resulting document for your own business. You retain ownership of the business information you enter.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service and the documents it produces are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that any generated document will be complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific circumstances or jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the document or bundle giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
