This Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund for a purchase made on termsandconditionstemplate.com or the associated application at my.termsandconditionstemplate.com (together, the “Service”). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

One-time purchases

Documents and bundles are sold as one-time purchases. Because a purchase immediately unlocks a professional, downloadable document (a digital product delivered instantly), purchases are generally final once the document has been generated or downloaded.

7-day satisfaction guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the Service did not work as described, you were charged in error, or you are otherwise not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not made substantial use of the purchased document (for example, published it or relied on it for your business).

Duplicate charges and accidental purchases are always eligible for a full refund.

How to request a refund

Send a refund request through our contact page within the 7-day window. Please include the email address used for the purchase and, where possible, your order reference or the Stripe receipt. We aim to respond within a few business days.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider, Stripe. It can take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. When a purchase is refunded, the associated document access is revoked.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Where such laws grant you a stronger right, that right prevails.
